Less than a week until we set off!
We have just about everything we need, and of what we lack, there's nothing we can't live without. There's one more Target trip in store for a few odds and ends, and that is IT. We've done our test/training hikes with weight, broken in our new shoes and socks, arranged dogsitting, and learned valuable lessons about bug spray and what fabrics work best. I have even picked a gallon of blueberries. Thursday night we pick up the rental car and leave ours at the airport, and start loading. Friday morning, we'll be gone.
After the trip, I'll do a gear review, but this trip right now is a learning experience.
